A shop in Cheltenham has been robbed at knife-point for a significant amount of money, police say.
The incident happened shortly after 7pm last night at a Winchcombe Street betting store, when a man entered armed with a knife.
He demanded money from the staff and got away with more than £400. There were no injuries.
Police attended the scene and were able to gain a description of the offender from the store’s CCTV. He was later located on Grove Street.
A 28-year old man has been arrested in connection with the robbery and is currently still in police custody.
